I received my Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in philosophy, from Barnard College at Columbia University in New York City. My Masters in Social Work (MSW) is from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. I am ABD from Smith College’s School of Social Work PhD program. I have trained at the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis & Psychology. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and hold active licenses in the states of New York and New Jersey.

I have had a private practice in the West Village for more than twenty years and I am the in-house therapist at the New York City headquarters of a global financial institution.
